The final of 2016 China Skill Competition and the 7th National NC Skills was held in Beijing Yichuang International Fair from 8 to 13 November, with universities and enterprises from 29 provinces and cities. Greatoo provided technical support for the competition and showed 3C1R automation unites widely applied in 3C industries and auto parts industries.

With a history of 12 years and having been held for 7 times, as one of the platforms spreading advanced manufacturing technologies, the national NC skills competition was held by the Bureau of human resources and social service each two years. Competitors were workers from domestic enterprises and teachers and students from universities and colleges. Our company showed 3C1R automation units in this competition shortly after the projects were sold in the market, showing the high stability and performance of our company’s products.

During the competition, many leaders of machine manufacturing industries, representatives from enterprises, teachers and students asked questions about our company’s 3C1R automation units, including Tan Tao, the vice director of the Bureau of human resources and social service  and Jin Fuji, the general technician of Beijing machine tool research. Tan consulted the application of the unit. Pang Jianyi, the senior technician of our company, explained to Tan and Jin. Made of one robot weighting 20kg and 3 processing center, 3C1R automation units can realize automatic processing of materials. The precision and stability of the processing center guaranteed the precision of processing and the quality of products. The processing center mainly performed the cutting of scraps, which can be applied int he processing of 3C electric products and auto parts. At the same time, they thought highly of the products after being polished and encouraged the company to make more achievements in intelligent equipment.

This competition not only showed the company’s fine NC products but also increased the company’s reputation. The company thanks for the confidence and support from all parties and will give full play to its strength in research and take the lead in intelligent manufacturing.
