From 1 to 5 November, 2016, the 18^th China International Industrial Fair, the most influential international industrial fair for domestic equipment manufacturing industries and a big event for global robot industries, was held in the National Conference and Exhibition Center (Shanghai). With 8 exhibition areas and 230,000 exhibiting area, the fair attracted over 2,100 exhibitors and more than 12,000 visitors and purchasers. Greatoo attended the fair with products like robotic visual flexible processing unites, high speed general controllers, Scara screw machine, double DELTA robots, 6-degree robots, gobang robots, automatic polishing by robots, customized polishing by robots, production line of spraying, visual selection by DELTA robots and RV reducers.

In the fair, a lot of audience challenged our company’s gobang robots. After dozens of rounds, robots won the game. As challengers could win a big gift if they won the game, a lot of people joined the game. Also, robot visual software, polishing technology by robots, GMC controller of the high speed robots attracted numerous guests and many experts had discussions with the engineers of our company. The company has invented key technologies like the visual application of robots. Designed in sections, this technology can quickly change processing parts without hugely changing light system, camera calibration, the algorithm of dealing sections, communication joggle, the installing of parameters and the method dealing picture. This technology can be applied in the processing of auto parts, molds and 3C metal shells. With off-line programming technology and quick targeting, the technology of automatic polishing by robots can meet of needs of producing rapid tracts and targeting accurately. With intelligent control and force control system, the technology can optimize the output of spraying wheels and follow the tracts on time. The flexible processing technology can decrease the times of clapping parts and increase the precision of polishing tracts and efficiency, which was widely applied in construction hardware, bathroom hardware, auto parts and 3C industries. With rich programming language, programming environment and open, sectional and modern control environment, GMC controller of high-speed general robots enabled ODG robots to operate many sorts of work and deal with abnormal situations, which showed the diversity and flexibility of ODG robots.

In this fair, a lot of guests and customers gathered in front of our company’s stand, showing needs for automation solutions and intends of cooperation.
